Trading terms

These terms apply to sales made by Nemi Enterprises, Mumbai. Placing an order with us means you accept them.

Quotations and orders

• Prices quoted are subject to stock being unsold at the time of confirmation
• Component prices move with the market; quotations are valid for the period stated on them, and otherwise for 7 days
• Orders are confirmed once the part number, quantity and rate are agreed in writing on WhatsApp, email or a written order
• Minimum quantities may apply on reeled and boxed lines

Billing and payment

• GST invoices are issued on all business purchases; our GSTIN is 27GWIPB9825C1ZG
• Share your GSTIN at the time of the order so it can be printed on the invoice
• Counter sales are payable at the time of purchase; credit terms, where extended, are agreed in advance in writing
• Goods remain the property of Nemi Enterprises until paid for in full

Despatch and delivery

• We despatch across India by courier and transport; freight is confirmed with the quotation
• Delivery timelines given are best estimates and are not guaranteed against courier or transport delays
• Please examine the packet on receipt and report shortage or transit damage within 48 hours with photographs

Returns

• Contact us before returning anything so a return can be authorised and tracked
• Components must be returned unused, in their original packing, strip or reel, with codes intact
• Static-sensitive parts removed from anti-static packing, and cut or part-used reels, cannot be taken back
• Where a part is found to be genuinely defective or wrongly supplied by us, we replace it or refund it

Manufacturer warranties

Components carry the warranty offered by their manufacturer, where one applies. We are a dealer and stockist and do not manufacture the components we supply; suitability of a part for your particular circuit or application remains your assessment.

Genuine components commitment

Counterfeit, remarked and resurfaced components are a real problem in this trade. Our position on it is straightforward.

• We supply in original manufacturer packing — sealed cartons and factory reels — wherever the line allows
• Lot, date and trace codes are kept intact and are open to your inspection before purchase
• Loose and part-lot stock is inspected against manufacturer datasheet markings before being offered
• We do not knowingly deal in remarked, resurfaced or repacked components
• If we cannot supply a part, we say so rather than substitute something else without telling you

Privacy

We keep this simple: we collect only what we need to quote, supply and bill, and we do not sell it to anyone.

What we collect

• Your name, firm name, phone number, WhatsApp number and email address
• Billing and delivery address, and GSTIN where you provide one
• Details of your enquiries, quotations, orders and invoices

How we use it

• To answer enquiries, prepare quotations and process your orders
• To raise invoices and maintain the accounting and GST records the law requires us to keep
• To contact you about your orders, and about offers only where you are happy to hear from us

Who else sees it

Only those who need to for your order to reach you: our courier and transport partners, our accountants and banks, and government authorities where the law requires disclosure. We do not sell or rent your details to anyone for marketing.

Your choices

Write to nemienterprises.in@gmail.com or call us to ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to stop receiving offers. Records we are legally required to retain, such as tax invoices, are kept for the statutory period.

This website

This site does not run advertising trackers. The enquiry form opens your own email application with the details you typed — nothing is stored on this website. Our contact page embeds a Google Map, which is served by Google under its own privacy terms.
