Before you write
Are your components original?
Yes — that is the core of how we trade. Wherever the line allows we supply in the manufacturer's own sealed carton or on the original factory reel, with lot, date and trace codes intact and checkable. For loose and part-lot stock we inspect markings against the manufacturer's datasheet before it is offered. If we are ever unsure about a piece, we say so rather than sell it.
What is your minimum order quantity?
We deal in bulk and wholesale quantities only — strips, tubes, boxes and full reels. We do not supply single pieces. Tell us the part number and the quantity you need and we will quote the nearest standard pack.
Do you give GST bills?
Yes, proper GST invoices are issued for all business purchases. Our GSTIN is 27GWIPB9825C1ZG. Share your GSTIN when placing the order and it will be printed on the bill.

Do you deliver outside Mumbai?
Yes. We despatch across India by courier and transport for orders placed over phone, WhatsApp or email. Freight and timelines are confirmed with your quotation before despatch.
Do you supply against our BOM?
Yes. Send the full bill of materials with quantities and we will quote it line by line, flag anything obsolete and suggest workable alternates where a part is no longer made.
Can you source parts you do not normally stock?
Often, yes. Send the exact part number and the quantity and we will tell you honestly what we can arrange and in what time, rather than leave you waiting on a maybe.
How are bulk orders packed and despatched?
Parts stay in their original tubes, strips, boxes or reels wherever possible, are packed for transit and despatched by courier or transport across India. Freight is confirmed with your quotation before despatch.
What payment terms do you offer?
First and counter orders are payable at the time of purchase. Credit terms, where extended, are agreed in advance in writing. A GST invoice is issued on every business purchase.
Do you accept returns?
Contact us before returning anything so the return can be authorised. Parts must come back unused in their original packing with codes intact. Static-sensitive parts removed from anti-static packing, and cut or part-used reels, cannot be taken back.
Do you supply obsolete or end-of-life parts?
Yes, that is a regular part of our trade. Legacy regulators, discontinued transistors and older microcontrollers are often available. Send the part number and we will check what we can do.
