How stock is checked
Original manufacturer packing
Stock is taken in and held in the manufacturer’s own packing — like this Walsin 0603 X7R 100nF 50V reel, 4,000 pcs, with its printed part number, quantity and date label untouched. Original packing is the strongest signal a part is what it claims to be.
Lot, date & trace codes checked
Every incoming lot is matched against its printed label — as on this Samwha chip aluminium capacitor reel, 47µF 16V, 900 pcs, RoHS. Labels and codes that don’t line up don’t come into stock.
Reels kept intact & labelled
SMD passives stay on original factory reels with their part number, quantity and inspection lot intact — such as this Murata GRM31CR61E476ME44L reel, 2,000 pcs, made in Japan.
Marking & print inspection
Loose and part-lot stock is checked by eye against the manufacturer’s datasheet marking — logo, part code, date code, pin one and package finish — before it is offered.
Careful ESD-aware handling
Sensitive devices are handled and stored with anti-static precautions so what leaves the counter performs the way the datasheet says it should.

We would rather lose a sale than put a doubtful part into a customer’s board. That is not a slogan — it is the only way a components counter survives in this market.
- Supply in original manufacturer packing wherever the line allows
- Keep lot, date and trace codes intact and open to inspection
- Inspect loose and part-lot stock against datasheet markings
- Tell you plainly when a part is unavailable instead of substituting silently
- Never knowingly sell remarked, resurfaced or repacked components
